Screening for Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to Mustanir: Journal of Islamic Studies are subject to plagiarism screening to ensure the originality of the content. The journal uses plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate to examine the similarity index of each submission.
Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding the acceptable threshold (maximum 20%) or showing indications of plagiarism will be rejected or returned to the authors for revision. Proper citation and referencing must be applied to all sources used in the manuscript.
The editorial team reserves the right to take further action, including rejection or retraction of the article, if plagiarism or unethical practices are detected at any stage of the publication process.
